Norton Virgien

He is also an voice director in The Rugrats Movie and co-producer in Rugrats in Paris: The Movie, J.R.R. Tolkien's: The Sorcerers of Notre Dame, The All Grown Up Movie, and The Wild Thornberrys Movie.
